Heuwerk webshop in general
Company selling products in the webshop is Heuwerk Oy vat number 2291490-3. We sell our products to private persons in Finland and European Community. All prices include vat 24%. We hold our right for the changes of our products as well as shipping costs.
Products will be ordered mainly via internet from address www.heuwerk.com via shopping cart.
All orders are confirmed by e-mail, where will be informed total cost for order, shipping costs and the products ordered. E-mail address must be given in order to get the confirmation.
Customer accepts all ordering terms when buying products.
We will send by e-mail order confirmation with following information:
- reference number
- our bank details
- total amount of order
In our pages you can re-check the content of your order from your customer profile.
Methods of payment
Products and shipping costs will be payed by ordering. In our webshop following payments are possible: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and credit cards. Payment will be via Paytrail Oy
Payment service provider
Payment service provider is Paytrail Plc with co-operation of finnish banks and credit providers. Paytrail is the receiver seen at buyers bank and in the bank statement. Paytrail will forward the payment to the seller. In order to make reclamation, please contact the seller

Webshop payment provider will be carried by Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) in co-operation with finnish banks and credit institutions. In the view of consumer all works like with traditional network payment.
We will ship the goods after payment is on our account. Shipping only against payment. Payments to account FI79 5700 8120 3937 10 Heuwerk Oy, according to order confirmation. Orders to abroad IBAN: FI79 5700 8120 3937 10 BIC/SWIFT: OKOYFIHH.
We will handle the order by our working hours when the payment has been payed. If the payment is pre-payment, we will keep items 5 days in hold. If the payment is still unpaid, the order will be cancelled.
We ship products verery working day. Depending on banking connections it will be 1-3 days after paying the bill. EU-countries will be shipped by air.
Unless any other shipping times, they will be informed at www.heuwerk.com front page.
Method of shipping and shipping costs
Shipping costs include postage and packing costs. You will found out shipping costs after you have chosen payment and shipping from shopping cart. We will ship the goods by normal letter mail or package. Only the package can be traced by tracking number. Change and return policy
Customer has according to the law of finnish customer protection 14 days change and return right. Right to return apllies only products in original packing and able to sell.
Information to be inserted in returns:
- Your customer number, your name, address and telephone number
- Your bank account number
- Copy from the order confirmation from heuwerk.com

We do not accept returns after 14 days from delivery. When the return has been accepted and handled, money will be remitted to your account.
Problems by shipping and broken products
If the product is missing via shipping, injured, or the customer has got wrong product, customer should inform us immediately to e-mail address email@example.com or by mail:

Announcement of incorrect or broken product must be done in 14 days after receiving the product. If the package is damaged during the delivery, reclamation must be made without any delay to the post office
We hold our rights to change our delivery terms. Customer must read valid delivery terms before placing the order.
